Printing Press has been Installed!

I know, it's been a while since we've seen this plugin. xD

However due to Bob's prodding, it's finally installed.

A few edits have been made to the plugin's configuration. For one, copying a book now requires 1 Feather, and 3 Ink Sacks instead of just 1 Ink Sack.
