Rank Based Economy Plugin Needed!

Hello!

As you who have been keeping up with the previous posts know, we are going to have different server shop payouts etc for different ranks. For example, a lower rank will get only 1 dollar from coal, however a higher rank will get 2 dollars from coal.

Now... the way I'm looking at it right now, it would be optimal to have this bonus directly attached to the rank, so that we wouldn't need over a dozen separate server shops. However, I need a plugin that allows me to attach a modifier to the income that comes into certain ranks through certain shops. (so people can't just trade money back and forth)
